1. 引言与接受

By using the services offered by BATI Studio ("Application"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue using the Application.

2. 账户创建与安全

• You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of OTP (verification) codes sent to you.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

3. 预约、套餐和余额

Studio reservations, balance top-ups, and class cancellation rules are subject to the policies of BATI Studio's physical locations. Balances and purchased packages can only be used within the Application and Studio and cannot be converted to cash.

4. 健康免责声明

开始运动前，会员有责任评估自己的健康状况，并在需要时咨询医生。BATI Studio 不提供医学评估、诊断或治疗；Performance Assessment 是一项体能测量。如有任何可能妨碍运动的情况，会员应在第一节课时口头告知教练；该信息不会记录在系统中。BATI Studio 不是医疗咨询或物理治疗应用。对于训练期间可能发生的身体损伤，BATI Studio 不承担责任。

5. 知识产权

应用内的所有视频、程序、软件和视觉材料（BATI标志、品牌名称）均为BATI Studio的知识产权。未经许可不得复制或分发。
