1. 引言

BATI Studio ("we", "our" or "application") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, and shared when you use the BATI Studio mobile application and web platform.

2. 收集的数据

We may collect the following information when you use our application:

• Registration Information: Your name, email address, and contact information.
• Profile Data: In-app physical measurements, mood tracking data, and training history.
• Device Information: Basic analytics data such as device type and IP address.
• 使用数据：您打开应用的日期和时间、您在应用中查看的页面、日历日期和课程、您在预约和付款流程中停在哪一步、设备类型，以及是否打开我们的通知（保存 180 天）。
• 截屏记录：当您在移动应用中截屏（或在电脑上按 PrintScreen 键）时，会记录您的姓名、角色、所在页面和时间；不会收集截图本身。
• 购买信息：您的 BATI Online 订阅产品、开始和结束日期、App Store / Google Play 交易编号，以及网页付款的订单号。您的银行卡信息不会传到我们这里；款项由 Apple、Google 或 PayTR 收取。
• 直播在线课程：如果您在课程中开启摄像头或麦克风，您的画面和声音只会实时传送给该课程的教练，不会被录制。直播基础设施为 LiveKit（欧盟，法兰克福）。

3. 数据使用

收集的数据用于以下目的：

• To recommend personalized pilates and training programs.
• To manage your studio class reservations.
• To improve our services and provide customer support.
• 在合适的时间向您推荐合适的课程，且不会过于频繁。
• 防止会员和工作室信息被未经授权地分享（截屏记录仅工作室管理员可见）。

4. 数据共享

Your personal information is not shared with third parties except as required by law. It is only processed under confidentiality agreements with infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud servers, analytics tools) that help us deliver our services.

5. 数据删除（账户删除）

In accordance with App Store policies, you have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. To request data deletion, contact hello@batistudio.com or use the "Profile > Settings" menu in the application.
