1. Giới thiệu và chấp nhận

By using the services offered by BATI Studio ("Application"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue using the Application.

2. Tạo tài khoản và bảo mật

• You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of OTP (verification) codes sent to you.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

3. Đặt chỗ, gói và số dư

Studio reservations, balance top-ups, and class cancellation rules are subject to the policies of BATI Studio's physical locations. Balances and purchased packages can only be used within the Application and Studio and cannot be converted to cash.

4. Tuyên bố từ chối về sức khỏe

Trước khi bắt đầu tập luyện, hội viên có trách nhiệm tự đánh giá tình trạng sức khỏe của mình và tham khảo ý kiến bác sĩ khi cần. BATI Studio không thực hiện đánh giá y khoa, chẩn đoán hay điều trị; Performance Assessment là một phép đo thể lực. Hội viên thông báo bằng lời với huấn luyện viên trong buổi học đầu tiên về bất kỳ tình trạng nào có thể cản trở việc tập luyện; thông tin này không được lưu trong hệ thống. BATI Studio không phải là ứng dụng tư vấn y tế hay vật lý trị liệu. BATI Studio không chịu trách nhiệm về các chấn thương thể chất có thể xảy ra trong quá trình tập luyện.

5. Sở hữu trí tuệ

All videos, programs, software, and visual materials (BATI Logo, brand name) within the Application are the intellectual property of BATI Studio. They may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
