1. Giới thiệu

BATI Studio ("we", "our" or "application") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, and shared when you use the BATI Studio mobile application and web platform.


2. Dữ liệu thu thập

We may collect the following information when you use our application:

  • Registration Information: Your name, email address, and contact information.
  • Profile Data: In-app physical measurements, mood tracking data, and training history.
  • Device Information: Basic analytics data such as device type and IP address.
  • Dữ liệu sử dụng: những ngày và giờ bạn mở ứng dụng, các trang, ngày trên lịch và lớp học bạn xem trong ứng dụng, bước đặt chỗ và thanh toán bạn dừng lại, loại thiết bị và việc bạn có mở thông báo của chúng tôi hay không (lưu trong 180 ngày).
  • Nhật ký chụp màn hình: khi bạn chụp màn hình trong ứng dụng (hoặc nhấn PrintScreen trên máy tính), tên, vai trò, trang và thời gian sẽ được ghi lại; bản thân hình ảnh không được thu thập.
  • Thông tin mua hàng: gói đăng ký BATI Online của bạn, ngày bắt đầu và kết thúc, mã giao dịch App Store / Google Play và mã đơn hàng với thanh toán trên web. Thông tin thẻ của bạn không bao giờ đến chúng tôi; khoản thanh toán do Apple, Google hoặc PayTR thu.
  • Lớp học trực tuyến trực tiếp: nếu bạn bật camera hoặc micro trong lớp, hình ảnh và âm thanh của bạn chỉ được truyền trực tiếp đến huấn luyện viên của lớp và không được ghi lại. Hạ tầng phát trực tiếp là LiveKit (EU, Frankfurt).


3. Sử dụng dữ liệu

Collected data is used for the following purposes:

  • To recommend personalized pilates and training programs.
  • To manage your studio class reservations.
  • To improve our services and provide customer support.
  • Thông báo cho bạn về các lớp học phù hợp vào thời điểm thuận tiện và không thường xuyên hơn mức cần thiết.
  • Ngăn chặn việc chia sẻ trái phép thông tin của hội viên và studio (chỉ quản trị viên studio xem được nhật ký chụp màn hình).


4. Chia sẻ dữ liệu

Your personal information is not shared with third parties except as required by law. It is only processed under confidentiality agreements with infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud servers, analytics tools) that help us deliver our services.


5. Xóa dữ liệu

In accordance with App Store policies, you have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. To request data deletion, contact hello@batistudio.com or use the "Profile > Settings" menu in the application.
