1. Introduktion och godkännande

By using the services offered by BATI Studio ("Application"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue using the Application.

2. Kontoskapande och säkerhet

• You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of OTP (verification) codes sent to you.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

3. Bokningar, paket och saldo

Studio reservations, balance top-ups, and class cancellation rules are subject to the policies of BATI Studio's physical locations. Balances and purchased packages can only be used within the Application and Studio and cannot be converted to cash.

4. Hälsofriskrivning

Innan träningen påbörjas ansvarar medlemmen själv för att bedöma sin hälsa och vid behov rådfråga en läkare. BATI Studio utför ingen medicinsk bedömning, diagnos eller behandling; Performance Assessment är en mätning av fysisk form. Medlemmen berättar muntligt för sin tränare vid första passet om tillstånd som kan hindra träningen; informationen registreras inte i systemet. BATI Studio är ingen applikation för medicinsk rådgivning eller fysioterapi. BATI Studio kan inte hållas ansvarigt för fysiska skador som kan uppstå under träningen.

5. Immateriella rättigheter

All videos, programs, software, and visual materials (BATI Logo, brand name) within the Application are the intellectual property of BATI Studio. They may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
