1. はじめに・承諾

By using the services offered by BATI Studio ("Application"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue using the Application.

2. アカウントの作成とセキュリティ

• You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of OTP (verification) codes sent to you.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

3. 予約・パッケージ・残高

Studio reservations, balance top-ups, and class cancellation rules are subject to the policies of BATI Studio's physical locations. Balances and purchased packages can only be used within the Application and Studio and cannot be converted to cash.

4. 健康上の免責事項

運動を始める前に、自身の健康状態を確認し、必要に応じて医師に相談することは会員の責任です。BATI Studioは医学的な評価、診断、治療を行いません。Performance Assessmentはフィットネス測定です。会員は、運動の妨げとなる可能性のある状態がある場合、最初のレッスンでトレーナーに口頭で伝えます。この情報はシステムに記録されません。BATI Studioは医療相談や理学療法のアプリケーションではありません。トレーニング中に起こりうる身体的な怪我について、BATI Studioは責任を負いません。

5. 知的財産権

All videos, programs, software, and visual materials (BATI Logo, brand name) within the Application are the intellectual property of BATI Studio. They may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
