1. はじめに
BATI Studio ("we", "our" or "application") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, and shared when you use the BATI Studio mobile application and web platform.
2. 収集データ
We may collect the following information when you use our application:
- Registration Information: Your name, email address, and contact information.
- Profile Data: In-app physical measurements, mood tracking data, and training history.
- Device Information: Basic analytics data such as device type and IP address.
- 利用データ：アプリを開く曜日と時間帯、アプリ内で見たページ・カレンダーの日付・レッスン、予約と支払いのどの段階で離れたか、端末の種類、通知を開いたかどうか（180日間保存）。
- スクリーンショット記録：モバイルアプリでスクリーンショットを撮影した場合（またはパソコンでPrintScreenを押した場合）、お名前・役割・表示中のページ・時刻が記録されます。画像そのものは収集しません。
- 購入情報：BATI Online サブスクリプションの商品、開始日と終了日、App Store / Google Play の取引番号、Web 決済の場合は注文番号。カード情報が当社に届くことはなく、支払いは Apple、Google または PayTR が受け取ります。
- ライブオンラインレッスン：レッスン中にカメラやマイクをオンにした場合、映像と音声はレッスンのトレーナーにのみライブで送られ、録画・録音されません。配信基盤は LiveKit（EU、フランクフルト）です。
3. データの利用
Collected data is used for the following purposes:
- To recommend personalized pilates and training programs.
- To manage your studio class reservations.
- To improve our services and provide customer support.
- あなたに合ったクラスを、都合のよい時間に、必要以上の頻度にならないようお知らせするため。
- 会員およびスタジオの情報の無断共有を防ぐため（スクリーンショット記録はスタジオ管理者のみが閲覧できます）。
4. データの共有
Your personal information is not shared with third parties except as required by law. It is only processed under confidentiality agreements with infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud servers, analytics tools) that help us deliver our services.
5. データ削除（アカウント削除）
In accordance with App Store policies, you have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. To request data deletion, contact hello@batistudio.com or use the "Profile > Settings" menu in the application.
