1. Introduzione e accettazione

By using the services offered by BATI Studio ("Application"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue using the Application.

2. Creazione account e sicurezza

• You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of OTP (verification) codes sent to you.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

3. Prenotazioni, pacchetti e saldo

Studio reservations, balance top-ups, and class cancellation rules are subject to the policies of BATI Studio's physical locations. Balances and purchased packages can only be used within the Application and Studio and cannot be converted to cash.

4. Avvertenza sanitaria

Prima di iniziare l'attività fisica, è responsabilità del socio valutare il proprio stato di salute e, se necessario, consultare un medico. BATI Studio non effettua valutazioni mediche, diagnosi o trattamenti; il Performance Assessment è una misurazione della forma fisica. Il socio comunica a voce al proprio trainer, durante la prima lezione, qualsiasi condizione che possa impedirgli di allenarsi; questa informazione non viene registrata nel sistema. BATI Studio non è un'applicazione di consulenza medica o di fisioterapia. BATI Studio non può essere ritenuto responsabile per lesioni fisiche che possono verificarsi durante l'allenamento.

5. Proprietà intellettuale

All videos, programs, software, and visual materials (BATI Logo, brand name) within the Application are the intellectual property of BATI Studio. They may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
