1. Wprowadzenie i akceptacja

By using the services offered by BATI Studio ("Application"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue using the Application.

2. Tworzenie konta i bezpieczeństwo

• You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of OTP (verification) codes sent to you.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

3. Rezerwacje, pakiety i saldo

Studio reservations, balance top-ups, and class cancellation rules are subject to the policies of BATI Studio's physical locations. Balances and purchased packages can only be used within the Application and Studio and cannot be converted to cash.

4. Zastrzeżenie zdrowotne

Przed rozpoczęciem ćwiczeń członek odpowiada za ocenę swojego stanu zdrowia i w razie potrzeby za konsultację z lekarzem. BATI Studio nie przeprowadza badań lekarskich, diagnozy ani leczenia; Performance Assessment to pomiar sprawności fizycznej. Członek ustnie informuje trenera na pierwszych zajęciach o każdym stanie, który może utrudniać mu ćwiczenia; ta informacja nie jest zapisywana w systemie. BATI Studio nie jest aplikacją do porad medycznych ani fizjoterapii. BATI Studio nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za urazy fizyczne, które mogą wystąpić podczas treningu.

5. Własność intelektualna

All videos, programs, software, and visual materials (BATI Logo, brand name) within the Application are the intellectual property of BATI Studio. They may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
