1. Inleiding

BATI Studio ("we", "our" or "application") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, and shared when you use the BATI Studio mobile application and web platform.


2. Verzamelde gegevens

We may collect the following information when you use our application:

  • Registration Information: Your name, email address, and contact information.
  • Profile Data: In-app physical measurements, mood tracking data, and training history.
  • Device Information: Basic analytics data such as device type and IP address.
  • Gebruiksgegevens: op welke dagen en tijden u de app opent, welke pagina's, kalenderdagen en lessen u in de app bekijkt, waar u stopt bij het boeken en betalen, uw apparaattype en of u onze meldingen opent (180 dagen bewaard).
  • Screenshotlogboek: wanneer je in de mobiele app een screenshot maakt (of op een computer op PrintScreen drukt), worden je naam, rol, de pagina en het tijdstip vastgelegd; de afbeelding zelf wordt niet verzameld.
  • Aankoopgegevens: het product van je BATI Online-abonnement, de begin- en einddatum, het transactienummer van App Store / Google Play en bij webbetalingen het bestelnummer. Je kaartgegevens komen nooit bij ons; de betaling wordt ontvangen door Apple, Google of PayTR.
  • Live online lessen: als je tijdens een les je camera of microfoon aanzet, worden je beeld en geluid alleen live naar de trainer van de les gestuurd en niet opgenomen. De streaminginfrastructuur is LiveKit (EU, Frankfurt).


3. Gebruik van gegevens

Collected data is used for the following purposes:

  • To recommend personalized pilates and training programs.
  • To manage your studio class reservations.
  • To improve our services and provide customer support.
  • U op een geschikt moment, en niet vaker dan nodig, op de hoogte brengen van passende lessen.
  • Voorkomen dat gegevens van leden en de studio zonder toestemming worden gedeeld (screenshotlogboeken zijn alleen zichtbaar voor studiobeheerders).


4. Gegevensdeling

Your personal information is not shared with third parties except as required by law. It is only processed under confidentiality agreements with infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud servers, analytics tools) that help us deliver our services.


5. Gegevensverwijdering

In accordance with App Store policies, you have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. To request data deletion, contact hello@batistudio.com or use the "Profile > Settings" menu in the application.
