1. 소개
BATI Studio ("we", "our" or "application") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, and shared when you use the BATI Studio mobile application and web platform.
2. 수집 데이터
We may collect the following information when you use our application:
- Registration Information: Your name, email address, and contact information.
- Profile Data: In-app physical measurements, mood tracking data, and training history.
- Device Information: Basic analytics data such as device type and IP address.
- 이용 데이터: 앱을 여는 요일과 시간대, 앱에서 본 페이지·캘린더 날짜·수업, 예약 및 결제 단계 중 어디에서 멈췄는지, 기기 종류, 알림을 열었는지 여부(180일간 보관).
- 스크린샷 기록: 모바일 앱에서 스크린샷을 찍거나(컴퓨터에서는 PrintScreen 키) 이름, 역할, 보고 있던 페이지와 시간이 기록되며 이미지 자체는 수집되지 않습니다.
- 구매 정보: BATI Online 구독 상품, 시작일과 종료일, App Store / Google Play 거래 번호, 웹 결제의 경우 주문 번호. 카드 정보는 당사에 전달되지 않으며 결제는 Apple, Google 또는 PayTR가 처리합니다.
- 라이브 온라인 수업: 수업 중 카메라나 마이크를 켜면 영상과 음성은 수업 강사에게만 실시간으로 전송되며 녹화되지 않습니다. 스트리밍 인프라는 LiveKit(EU, 프랑크푸르트)입니다.
3. 데이터 사용
Collected data is used for the following purposes:
- To recommend personalized pilates and training programs.
- To manage your studio class reservations.
- To improve our services and provide customer support.
- 적절한 시간에, 필요 이상으로 자주 보내지 않으면서 맞는 수업을 알려 드리기 위해.
- 회원 및 스튜디오 정보의 무단 공유를 방지하기 위해(스크린샷 기록은 스튜디오 관리자만 볼 수 있습니다).
4. 데이터 공유
Your personal information is not shared with third parties except as required by law. It is only processed under confidentiality agreements with infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud servers, analytics tools) that help us deliver our services.
5. 데이터 삭제 (계정 삭제)
In accordance with App Store policies, you have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. To request data deletion, contact hello@batistudio.com or use the "Profile > Settings" menu in the application.
