1. Introduction et acceptation

By using the services offered by BATI Studio ("Application"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue using the Application.

2. Création de compte et sécurité

• You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of OTP (verification) codes sent to you.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

3. Réservations, forfaits et solde

Studio reservations, balance top-ups, and class cancellation rules are subject to the policies of BATI Studio's physical locations. Balances and purchased packages can only be used within the Application and Studio and cannot be converted to cash.

4. Avertissement santé

Avant de commencer l'exercice, il appartient au membre d'évaluer son état de santé et, si nécessaire, de consulter un médecin. BATI Studio ne réalise ni évaluation médicale, ni diagnostic, ni traitement ; le Performance Assessment est une mesure de la condition physique. Le membre informe oralement son coach, lors de son premier cours, de toute condition pouvant l'empêcher de faire de l'exercice ; cette information n'est pas enregistrée dans le système. BATI Studio n'est pas une application de conseil médical ou de kinésithérapie. BATI Studio ne peut être tenu responsable des blessures physiques pouvant survenir pendant l'entraînement.

5. Propriété intellectuelle

All videos, programs, software, and visual materials (BATI Logo, brand name) within the Application are the intellectual property of BATI Studio. They may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
