1. Introduction and Acceptance

This platform is operated by CoachOn Inc., headquartered in Delaware, USA. By using the services offered by BATI Studio ("Application"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue using the Application.

2. Account Creation and Security

• You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of OTP (verification) codes sent to you.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

3. Reservations, Packages, and Balance

Studio reservations, balance top-ups, and class cancellation rules are subject to the policies of BATI Studio's physical locations. Balances and purchased packages can only be used within the Application and Studio and cannot be converted to cash.

4. Health Disclaimer

Before starting exercise, assessing your health and consulting a doctor where needed is the member's responsibility. BATI Studio does not provide medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment; the Performance Assessment is a fitness measurement. The member tells their trainer verbally at their first class about any condition that may prevent them from exercising; this information is not recorded in the system. BATI Studio is not a medical advisory or physiotherapy application. BATI Studio cannot be held responsible for physical injuries that may occur during training.

5. Intellectual Property

All videos, programs, software, and visual materials (BATI Logo, brand name) within the Application are the intellectual property of BATI Studio. They may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
