BATI Studio ("we", "our" or "application") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, and shared when you use the BATI Studio mobile application and web platform.


2. Erfasste Daten

We may collect the following information when you use our application:

  • Registration Information: Your name, email address, and contact information.
  • Profile Data: In-app physical measurements, mood tracking data, and training history.
  • Device Information: Basic analytics data such as device type and IP address.
  • Nutzungsdaten: an welchen Tagen und zu welchen Uhrzeiten Sie die App öffnen, welche Seiten, Kalendertage und Kurse Sie in der App ansehen, an welcher Stelle Sie Buchung und Zahlung abbrechen, Ihr Gerätetyp und ob Sie unsere Benachrichtigungen öffnen (180 Tage gespeichert).
  • Screenshot-Protokoll: Wenn Sie in der mobilen App (oder am Computer mit der Druck-Taste) einen Screenshot erstellen, werden Ihr Name, Ihre Rolle, die aufgerufene Seite und die Uhrzeit gespeichert; das Bild selbst wird nicht erfasst.
  • Kaufdaten: das Produkt Ihres BATI Online-Abonnements, Beginn- und Enddatum, die Transaktionsnummer von App Store / Google Play und bei Webzahlungen die Bestellnummer. Ihre Kartendaten erreichen uns nie; die Zahlung wird von Apple, Google oder PayTR abgewickelt.
  • Live-Onlinekurse: Wenn Sie im Kurs Ihre Kamera oder Ihr Mikrofon einschalten, werden Bild und Ton nur live an die Kursleitung übertragen und nicht aufgezeichnet. Die Streaming-Infrastruktur ist LiveKit (EU, Frankfurt).


3. Datenverwendung

Collected data is used for the following purposes:

  • To recommend personalized pilates and training programs.
  • To manage your studio class reservations.
  • To improve our services and provide customer support.
  • Sie zu passender Zeit und nicht öfter als nötig über passende Kurse zu informieren.
  • Verhinderung der unbefugten Weitergabe von Mitglieder- und Studiodaten (Screenshot-Protokolle sehen nur Studio-Administratoren).


4. Datenweitergabe

Your personal information is not shared with third parties except as required by law. It is only processed under confidentiality agreements with infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud servers, analytics tools) that help us deliver our services.


5. Datenlöschung (Kontolöschung)

In accordance with App Store policies, you have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. To request data deletion, contact hello@batistudio.com or use the "Profile > Settings" menu in the application.
